I have had the pleasure of working with Rogers and Partners Birmingham Office for seven years almost, and they have been fantastic in managing my properties as well as protecting me as a Landlord. Their attention to detail in all areas is second to none. They are a small team, headed by Kevin Rogers, and this allows them to build good relationships with Landlords and tenants alike. I was a complete novice to this business and have been on a tremendous learning curve and they have been with me every step of the way. Nobody can predict the future and even with their strict processing of tenants, there can be one that can cause trouble at some point and I was unlucky to have one such tenant. However, throughout the whole process they supported me, arranging court dates and such. Kevin Rogers attended court on my behalf and took control of the situation and this gave me such peace of mind, nothing is too much trouble for them on your behalf. I would highly recommend them as agents to anyone, no matter how small or large your portfolio, they can cope with anything and do.
